Colour and sparkle wedding design at the Calgary Golf & Country Club
First off, Kimber wins my award for the sparkliest bride I have ever worked with!
When I first got together with Kimber, I took note of the unique colour palette and aesthetic she wanted for her and Rob’s wedding at the Calgary Golf & Country Club. Kimber’s inspiration for her wedding colours came from the hot pink, aqua, chartreuse and orange of the Papa Chocolat brand. These colours combined with silver, pewter and tons of sparkle created Kimber’s vision as she explained to me: “colourful, fun and lots of bling”. Done, and done!

My work with Kimber in streamlining her wedding design and creating a coordinating candy buffet at her chosen Calgary wedding venue was easy because she had a clear vision of what she wanted. I work with many brides that have great ideas for their wedding design, and I often act as their sounding board as we work through concepts and details.
So what were the results? Gorgeous bursts of brightly coloured flowers. Hits of pewter, silver, pops of colour and sparkle everywhere you looked (seriously, Kimber had more “bling” elements every time I saw her!).
