It looks like the magic switch has been flipped from “summer” to “fall” here in Calgary, and as much as I love summer, I think I am ready for some crisp fall weather and all the moodier and cozier feelings that it brings. This bouquet is a beautiful example of a rich, fall arrangement that is a little garden and vintage influenced. The large, sparkly brooch is the perfect accent for that splash of glamour I love!
Sweet Stylings Tip:
Yes, your wedding may be in the Fall, but let’s not fall on that ole’ stand-by colour palette of oranges and browns! The burgundy in this bridal bouquet says “rich and elegant” while the taupe-y, burgundy tinged roses evoke a warm and moody nature (perhaps these are dried roses?). While there is absolutely nothing wrong with oranges and browns, I think this combination of burgundy, ivory and dots of navy blue feels a lot newer for a Fall-inspired wedding.
