I’m thrilled that TLaw Photography’s work for Eden and Dan’s wedding is featured on Cake & Pictures, a website exclusively dedicated to bringing brides and planners a comprehensive selection of the best wedding photographers worldwide!
Eden and Dan contacted me about a couple weeks before their wedding in Calgary at The Ranche because they were getting a little overwhelmed with all of the details that still needed to be taken care of on the wedding day — I was more than happy to help them out! Despite one slight hiccup with Eden’s gorgeous silk organza Vera Wang gown (nothing experienced coordinators and dedicated bridesmaids couldn’t fix!) and a little chilly weather moving the ceremony indoors, the wedding day went smoothly, and you could tell Eden and Dan were both so ready to be Husband and Wife!
Their wedding ceremony was a treat for me as it was my first Reform Jewish wedding ceremony. The rituals in a Reform Jewish ceremony are so lovely, with such meaning behind every gesture, word and object involved in the ceremony. I learned a lot about the Chuppah that was built entirely from wood branches, and I got to yell out “Mazaltov” when Dan stepped on the wine glass wrapped in cloth (I have always wanted to say it)!
Eden and Dan were such a pleasure to work with: they were calm under pressure, so gracious to everyone helping them out, and they were both so genuinely happy to be getting married and celebrating with their closest friends and family. You could really feel the love that everyone had for them as well because the whole crowd was in a buoyant, celebratory mood, and eager to help with anything that came up during the day.
Congratulations Eden and Dan! And congratulations TLaw for the awesome work!
