Oh goodness, where to begin?  Pam and Garrett (seriously, one of the sweetest and most gracious couples ever) are Classical musicians who used to play professionally before embarking on new careers.  With incredibly busy schedules and planning from Toronto to boot, Pam came to our Calgary wedding planners for help.

Pam and Garrett experienced countless weddings as musicians.  So when the time came for their own wedding, they knew they didn’t want a traditional wedding with a lot of fuss. They chose to have a relaxed, restaurant wedding in Calgary.

Over phone chats, poor Skype connections, and Pinterest boards, Evelyn Clark Weddings listened to Pam’s ideas and came up with a decor plan that reflected her and Garrett’s wedding vision. Simple. Timeless. Classic with some French Country charm. Throw in some delicious food and a warm, intimate setting and you have a dinner party feel to celebrate love.

La Chaumiere Calgary wedding

We’re very lucky that we have so many beautiful restaurants in Calgary with gourmet food that rivals any bigger city.  When our team does restaurant weddings in Calgary (or anywhere else), we find that there is not only a high caliber of dining, but there is also a cozy yet exclusive feeling — like your own private celebration as celebrities.

Coordinating details with La Chaumiere restaurant, Pam and Garrett’s wedding took place on the patio and in a private dining room.

Lush blooms of whites, creams and greenery and lots of warm candlelight were the only decor needed to create an elegant experience. Of course, the incredible sunny, blue sky weather didn’t hurt either for a beautiful Calgary summer wedding.
